Offer commences during 10th September 2019 and closes on 8th December 2019 at midnight (referred to as "Offer Period"). Any entries received after 12:00 midnight on 8th December 2019 will not be considered.

This offer is open to Indian Citizens living in India only.

Only those customers who are buying from 50 ltrs to 2500 ltrs of Diesel from IndianOil’s Retails Outlets (Petrol Pumps) in a single printed bill are eligible to participate in the offer.

This offer is applicable for purchase of Diesel at any IndianOil retail outlet (petrol pump).

A customer purchasing 50 ltr or more upto 2500 ltrs of Diesel in a single bill should SMS, ‘DEALER CODE <space> Bill Number <space> Diesel Quantity’ to 9911410000. Here the Dealer Code is unique 6 Digit code for IndianOil Petrol Pump, and ‘Bill No.’ is the number of the ‘bill of purchase’ issued by the petrol pump for the purchase of Diesel. Diesel Quantity is in ltrs.

The SMS facility is available through all service providers including BSNL/ MTNL/ Vodafone/ Airtel/ Aircel/ Reliance/ Idea etc. IndianOil shall not be liable or responsible, if for any reason the customer is not able to SMS the bill number or does not receive the acknowledgement for having participated in the contest because of technical/other issues.

The applicable rates for the customer by the service provider would be charged for SMS being sent to participate in the offer.

Only two SMSes per day from a unique mobile number are allowed as valid entry.

The prizes for Lucky Draws during the campaign are:

  1. One Tata Ace Gold every alternate day :Total 45 nos
  2. Free Diesel worth Rs.1000/- every alternate day :Total 10000 nos
  3. One Tata Ultra every 30th day :Total 3 nos

The customer is required to preserve the original Printed Bill of the purchase based on which the customer has entered the offer for claiming the prize, if any, won by him/her. Loss/mutilation of the original Printed Bill would make it invalid for claiming the prize, if the customer wins a prize. No photocopies of Bill will be accepted. However, it’s recommended that the customer keeps the photocopy of original printed bill to help in verifying the original bill if it partially fades away. Winning entries are subject to verification of the possession of original bill containing the details as per the winning entry SMS sent by the customer. The selected Mobile Numbers would be contacted by our representatives / Officers for verification of original bill containing the details as per the winning entry SMS sent by the contestant and further processing within 15 days from the date of draw.

The prizes would be decided through a computerized random process that would select the winning Mobile Numbers (through which the customers participated) from a dump of valid entries received. This process would be conducted in the presence of an independent third-party auditor/functional group members of IndianOil.

The winners will be declared every alternate day of the campaign. The list of winners would be displayed on the IndianOil website, www.iocl.com for a period of at least one month after the winners are declared. Besides, the individual winners of the prizes would be notified separately. The decision of the Corporation on the prizes shall be final and no communication in this regard will be entertained. The selected Mobile Numbers would be contacted by our representatives / Officers for verification of original bill containing the details as per the winning entry SMS sent by the contestant and further processing within 15 days from the date of draw. In case the mobile number has been changed/terminated/ blocked/out of reach etc. IndianOil will, thereafter, not be held liable for not being able to communicate/handover prizes to the winners.

No, you will not need to pay anything but the onus of payment of any statutory levies / taxes on the trucks shall rest solely on the prize winners. All statutory levies including taxes/duties/octroi etc., and any other costs including insurance, registration etc of the trucks won should be borne by the prize winners. Winner of free diesel worth Rs.1000/- each shall be provided in the form of XTRAPOWER virtual card. Winners shall have to go to XTRAPOWER participating Retail Outlets (petrol pumps) to avail the prize benefits.

Winners have to show original bill with details as per the winning entry and ID proof for verification purpose. Winners have to provide the following documents before receiving the Tata Ace Gold / Tata Ultra prize– A) Proof of Tax Paid/Copy of Tax Paid counterfoil (paid at a notified Bank). The amount of Tax to be determined on the basis of the truck won and the state/area where the winner is located. B) Copy of Pan Card of the winner. C) Indemnity bond from the winner on stamp paper of the appropriate value declaring that the tax paid is from his income under Section 194B of the Income Tax act. D) DD/Cheque/cash for insurance charges, RTO charges and handling charges E) any other statutory requirement as applicable. All winners shall be liable for withholding and other taxes and the winner shall become entitled to get the prize only after all the taxes are paid. The trucks would be delivered ex-showroom of the nearest convenient Dealership once the above formalities are completed.

The prize winners would be given a maximum of 6 weeks to complete the above formalities from the date of intimation of prize winning. If the prize winner is not able to complete the above formalities, including payment of taxes etc., within this period of 6 weeks he shall forfeit the Prize.

The offer is not transferable and cannot be exchanged/redeemed for cash. No cash claim shall be entertained in lieu of the offer. This offer may not be combined with other IOCL Promotional or Discount Offer.

The submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation may result in disqualification from this promotion and from future IOCL promotions. The submission of false, misleading or fraudulent information may result in the claimant being subject to civil or criminal liability.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Employees of IndianOil and their families, IndianOil Dealers /Distributors/ other Channel partners, employees of Advertising Agencies of IndianOil, Service providers/Event managers etc. associated with this offer, are not eligible to take part.
  2. Participation in this offer is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  5. By entering this offer, you agree that the information SMSed and the mobile numbers from which the entries are received may be used by IndianOil for the administration of the draw. We may also use the information/mobile numbers to carry out research about this offer or communicate future promotions and other messages to the participants of this promotion.

  7. Customers purchasing between 50 ltrs and 2500 ltrs of High Speed Diesel (HSD) from IndianOil’s Retails Outlets (Petrol Pumps) against single printed bill are eligible to participate in the offer.
  8. This offer is applicable for purchase of minimum 50 ltrs and maximum 2500 ltrs of Diesel from any IndianOil retail outlet, excluding those retail outlets located in the States/UTs where such contests are legally disallowed.
  9. A customer purchasing 50 ltr or more but upto 2500 ltrs Diesel in a single bill should SMS, ‘DEALER CODE Bill Number Diesel Quantity’ to 9911410000. Here the Dealer Code is unique 6 Digit code for IndianOil Petrol Pump, and ‘Bill No.’ is the number of the ‘bill of purchase’ issued by the petrol pump for the purchase of Diesel. Unique Dealer Code shall be displayed at IndianOil Petrol Pump from where diesel is purchased. In case of any difficulty in spotting the code, please ask the customer attendant for help.
  10. If the DEALER CODE is 123456 and the bill no is 7890 for 50.5 ltrs, the customer has to SMS, 123456 7890 50.5 to the number 9911410000. If the bill no is 6 the customer has to SMS, 123456 6 50.5 to 9911410000. The space between each field has to be maintained and the SMS format has to be correct, if not, an error message will be received by the customer. Customers can also call helpline number 02249192525 for assistance in participation and any clarifications regarding the contest.
  11.   13. A customer can participate in the contest by sending fresh SMS for every purchase as specified above. However, each SMS should have a different bill number linked to the purchase. Multiple SMSes using the same bill number from the same retail outlet (petrol pump) will be considered invalid.
  14. Only two SMSes per day from a unique mobile number are allowed as valid entry.

  20. No queries /clarifications /suggestions will be entertained on the modality of selection or the selection process which would be entirely at the discretion of IndianOil.
  21. The onus of payment of any statutory levies / taxes on the gift items shall rest solely on the prize winners.
  22. All statutory levies including taxes / duties / octroi etc., and any other costs including insurance, registration etc of the trucks won should be borne by the prize winners.

  25. Travel arrangements, boarding and lodging, if any, for availing the Prizes under this offer shall not be the responsibility of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. Prize winners have to make their own arrangements to reach the venue.
  26. The offer is not transferable and cannot be exchanged/redeemed for cash. No cash claim shall be entertained in lieu of the offer. This offer may not be combined with other IOCL Promotional or Discount Offer.
  27. Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered as a result of participating in the offer or enjoying the prizes.
  28. The decision of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. is final and binding and is non-contestable. Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice. No correspondence would be entertained on this account.
  29. IOCL reserves the right to audit all claims/winning entries to ensure that the Terms and Conditions of the promotion have been met; and to request additional information regarding any and all claims and supporting documents.
  30. Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., and its partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage, theft or any other mishap whatsoever, that may be suffered as a result of participating in the scheme or enjoying the prizes.
  31. Apart from the entitlement to the prizes, the winner or his/her legal heirs will have no rights or claims against IndianOil or its partners.
  32. No correspondence /communication from the participants on the contest will be entertained by IndianOil. Any correspondence/communication would solely be at the discretion of IndianOil.

  34. Lucky draw gifts of Tata Ace Gold and Tata Ultra will fall under the standard terms and conditions for warranty as defined/ provided by Tata Motors Ltd. Accessories may or may not be a part of Standard Fitment.
  35. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
